What is Clinical Somatics?

Clinical Somatics is a unique method of movement that corrects harmful habitual postures by retraining the nervous system. It does this by using pandiculation, a type of movement that releases involuntary muscle contraction and realigns the spine to improve posture and daily movement.

The slow, gentle exercises create long-lasting change and allow students to become self-sufficient and self-healing for the rest of their lives.
