TWO SISTERS ON A MISSION 

We’re Tiffany and Heather, two sisters on a mission to help beauty professionals around the world achieve more balanced, pain-free bodies so that they can have long-term, successful careers.  

THE STORY BEHIND THE INSPIRATION

For more than 10 years, Heather dealt with chronic neck pain and headaches while working in the beauty industry. No amount of massages, therapies or tools ever helped. During this time, she also discovered that many of her colleagues also complained tension and pain from working, including her sister Tiffany, a professional lash artist. 

After thousands of dollars spent on various treatments, Heather discovered somatic movement. Within a few months she resolved her pain and headaches, and her wellbeing improved.

THE AH-HA MOMENT

So inspired by her outcome, Heather became a Certified Instructor to share her amazing, yet simple, movement practice with others. She then helped Tiffany work without pain and taught her how to take care of her body…and voila! The Balanced Beauty Pro was born and the Release & Reset Method was created.
